Show/Hide All Player Comments Round (Overall) Pos Name College Cls Height Weight 40
Show/Hide Player Comments 1st (10th) HB Todd Gurley Georgia Jr 6'0 1/2" 232 lbs. 4.52

Analysis: I loved this pick so changing it isn't an option here. Sure there were some other payers we could have gone with here, but when he's 100%, he will be a dominating force in our backfield.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (57th) OG Ali Marpet Hobart Sr 6'3 7/8" 307 lbs. 4.96

Analysis: Love this kid's athleticism. I think he'll be a tremendous guard at the pro level.

Show/Hide Player Comments 3rd (72nd) OT La'el Collins LSU Sr 6'4 1/2" 315 lbs. 5.12

Analysis: Top 15 talent that dropped due to bad circumstances. Once he was still available in the third round, we should have jumped on him.

Show/Hide Player Comments 3rd (89th) QB Sean Mannion Oregon St. rSr 6'4 1/4" 215 lbs. 4.94

Analysis: Another pick I liked. Like all of the QB prospects, he is a work in progress. However, he is a solid developmental type that has potential to be a future franchise QB. He can make all the throws and has tremendous arm strength.

Show/Hide Player Comments 4th (119th) OC Max Garcia Florida rSr 6'4 1/8" 295 lbs. 5.24

Analysis: I like this kid plain and simple. Has a couple technique issues to work out, but he will be a solid pro.

Show/Hide Player Comments 6th (201st) WR Bud Sasser Missouri rSr 6'2 5/8" 219 lbs. 4.53

Analysis: I really like this pick. I'm not saying this kid will be the next big thing or anything, but I like his hands and route running ability. I think he will eventually be a solid receiver after the typical 2-3 year adjustment periods receivers go through. However, it's a possibility that it could happen with another team.

Show/Hide Player Comments 6th (215th) SLB Hayes Pullard USC rSr 6'0 1/8" 235 lbs. 4.64

Analysis: This kid has a nose for the football and can work sideline to sideline. I think he would be a special teams contributor early but eventually make his way into the starting lineup.

Show/Hide Player Comments 7th (224th) MLB Bryce Hager Baylor rSr 6'0 5/8" 235 lbs. 4.63

Analysis: Not sure this kid will ever be a starting MLB at the pro level, but he has special teams ace written all over him. His athleticism is most welcomed on special teams.

Show/Hide Player Comments 7th (227th) TE Ben Koyack Notre Dame Sr 6'4 1/2" 261 lbs. 4.76

Analysis: I'm surprised this kid fell to the seventh round. He's a talented all around TE. He would fit our scheme perfectly.
