Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (1st) 43DE Eli Harold Virginia Jr 6'3 3/4" 235 lbs. 4.73

Analysis: Derrick Morgan transitioned well into the 3-4, but Kamerion Wimbley barely put any pressure on the quarterback. They draft Harold to make the move to a 3-4 OLB.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (2nd) 43DE Danielle Hunter LSU Jr 6'5 5/8" 241 lbs. 4.68

Analysis: Michael Johnson didn't meet expectations as a free-agent addition, which wasn't much of a surprise. However, the Buccaneers are stuck with him so they draft Hunter to play opposite from him.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (3rd) OT Jake Fisher Oregon Sr 6'5 1/4" 292 lbs. 5.24

Analysis: Donald Penn worked out as a short-term signing, but at 32, he's not going to be on the team for very long. They draft Fisher and move Penn to guard or to right tackle. Fisher could play anywhere on the offensive line.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (4th) HB Melvin Gordon III Wisconsin rJr 6'0 5/8" 207 lbs. 4.52

Analysis: Denard Robinson was a solid RB for the Jags last year but couldn't handle the workload. Jacksonville gets a big break with Gordon dropping down to them in the 2nd round. Gordon carried Wisconsin to a Big 10 title game and Outback Bowl win over Auburn so he can carry Jacksonville and Blake Bortles on his back too. A great steal for Jacksonville.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (8th) MLB Benardrick McKinney Mississippi St. rJr 6'4 1/4" 245 lbs. 4.58

Analysis: he Giants have had issues at linebacker for years. Jon Beason was lost with a knee injury during the season, while the team didn't get much out of the strongside position. Jameel McClain disappointed. They draft McKinney here to play Weakside linebacker or move him around to middle linebacker.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (9th) WR Dorial Green-Beckham Oklahoma Jr 6'5 1/4" 225 lbs. 4.49

Analysis: The Rams only have a few #2 receivers but not that game changing receiver. They take DGB who despite all his red flags would be the #1 guy right away no matter who's the QB in St. Louis. High risk/High reward pick here.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (10th) HB Ameer Abdullah Nebraska Sr 5'8 3/4" 195 lbs. 4.48

Analysis: Steven Jackson was a huge free agent bust and now that he's gone the Falcons need to find a true everydown back. Even though Abdullah is 5'9 he's still a punishing runner thats hard to take down and would help the Falcons offense right away.
