Show/Hide All Player Comments Round (Overall) Pos Name College Cls Height Weight 40
Show/Hide Player Comments 1st (4th) 34DE Leonard Williams USC Jr 6'4 5/8" 298 lbs. 4.88

Analysis: Considered by some, the best football player in this draft. As much as we want to press the button on a WR, Defensive Line has been neglected too long.. Particularly, the DE position. Williams can play the 3, or bounce outside. If he plays the 3, this can move Jelly inside and create something epic.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (3rd) TE Clive Walford Miami (FL) rSr 6'3 3/4" 259 lbs. 4.79

Analysis: I think this round is the toughest to choose.. DGB could fall in that spot. I just saw a little bit of Maxx Williams, and he could fall to this spot.. The Raiders could go in a lot of directions with this 2nd round pick. Yeah, the Raiders have Nick Kasa and Mychal Rivera, plus they signed Lee Smith. Clive Walford is from a college that in the last 20 years put out highly talented TEs. Walford is a very talented one.. Good size, good hands.. He's more of a receiving TE, but can turn into a very good all around guy. Is probably a step up from the TE's currently on the roster.. Derek Carr (or Jameis Winston j/k) would love to have this guy as a weapon just as Kaaya did..

Show/Hide Player Comments 3rd (4th) WR Rashad Greene Florida St. Sr 5'11 3/4" 178 lbs. 4.47

Analysis: Even though teams knew the ball was going in his direction, he was one catch away from 100 receptions.. Managed over 1000 yards receiving.. Led the ACC.. Bring game guy who can create separation. A QB's best friend.. With big receivers on the roster like Brice Butler and Andre Holmes, Greene would make the perfect slot receiver with the potential to develop into a good #2.

Show/Hide Player Comments 4th (3rd) OG Bobby Hart Florida St. Sr 6'3 3/4" 315 lbs. 5.68

Analysis: Not on the level of Tre Jackson, but solid enough to say goodbye to Khalif Barnes...

Show/Hide Player Comments 5th (4th) CB Quandre Diggs Texas Sr 5'9 5/8" 200 lbs. 4.48

Analysis: Every team is looking for the next Richard Sherman... or Kam Chamcellor.. Tall corners and safeties.. Quandre Diggs, is the opposite.. He's a smaller corner, but this kid sure can play..

Show/Hide Player Comments 6th (3rd) SS Kyshoen Jarrett Virginia Tech Sr 5'11 1/8" 198 lbs. 4.55

Analysis: Somewhat small for the position.. But he plays bigger than he is.. Physical player who isn't afraid to lay you out. Will be a big help in the run game.. His cover skills are a concern.
Also has special teams value as a KR..

Show/Hide Player Comments 7th (4th) 34OLB Max Valles Virginia rSo 6'4 5/8" 240 lbs. 4.83

Analysis: Raw talent.. Probably came out of college a year too early.. But I like his range and athleticism. Even though they didn't have a good record, Virginia's defense was good.. Speaking of range and length, he uses that quite a bit in pass defense.. Swats a lot of passes down if he can't get to you. For now, he could be used in pass rush situations. Has the athleticism to cover TE's if need be. A project that can turn into an instrument of destruction. I like his potential.

I like Max Valles too. He could be nice with some development.
