Show/Hide All Player Comments Round (Overall) Pos Name College Cls Height Weight 40
Show/Hide Player Comments 1st (29th) CB P.J. Williams Florida St. Jr 5'11 5/8" 196 lbs. 4.48

Analysis: Packers will be in need of a playmaking corner with Tramon Williams and Davon House both leaving in free agency. The Packers don't have a true playmaking corner and Williams proved in his sophmore season of being just that. Packers continue to rebuild an improved but still flawed defense.

Show/Hide Player Comments 2nd (29th) NT Jordan Phillips Oklahoma rSo 6'5 1/4" 329 lbs. 4.98

Analysis: The Packers run defense was exposed yet again in the playoffs giving over 100 yards to Demarco Murray and Marshawn Lynch. BJ Raji may not be back and Letroy Guion is just a rotation player. Phillips would give them a big athletic body to stuff the run up the middle.

Show/Hide Player Comments 3rd (29th) WILB Ramik Wilson Georgia Sr 6'1 7/8" 232 lbs. 4.76

Analysis: Both AJ Hawk and Brad Jones should be cut to save money and Green Bay needs to address middle linebacker right now. Clay Matthews was terrific at inside and Sam Barrington was good but they need more depth at this position and Wilson would be the best pick here.

Show/Hide Player Comments 4th (29th) TE E.J. Bibbs Iowa St. Sr 6'2 5/8" 252 lbs. 4.76

Analysis: Packers found a gem in Richard Rodgers but the need for two pass catching tight ends is needed as teams found a way late in the year to stop Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. Bibbs is a Jermichael Finley clone with better hands.

Show/Hide Player Comments 5th (29th) QB Cody Fajardo Nevada rSr 6'1 5/8" 210 lbs. 4.65

Analysis: There's nobody behind Aaron Rodgers that would give anybody confidence in the event he went down. Fajardo would be an excellent QB for McCarthy to develop especially with his arm strength. A season or 2 under McCarthy could do wonders for Fajardo

Show/Hide Player Comments 6th (29th) P Mike Sadler Michigan St. rSr 6'0 1/4" 192 lbs. 4.86

Analysis: Tim Mastchay had a bad 2014. Most of his punts were line drives with no air time and allowed teams to have good field position. Sadler would come in for competiton.

Show/Hide Player Comments 7th (29th) OT Eric Lefeld Cincinnati rSr 6'5 1/4" 309 lbs. 5.06

Analysis: Bryan Bulaga is a free agent and even if he does stay the Packers need depth at tackle.
